Mipa 1K-UV-Spachtel is a high-quality, UV-curing fine putty designed for fast and efficient filling of small surface imperfections and minor damage.

This innovative product can be sanded after just 5 minutes of UV irradiation using a UV LED lamp or mercury vapour lamp, significantly reducing process times and eliminating heating-related costs.

By removing the need for heat curing, it also protects sensitive substrates such as plastics from deformation and overheating.

As a ready-to-use 1K system, Mipa 1K-UV-Spachtel requires no hardener, preventing waste caused by pot-life limitations and simplifying application.

Once cured, it delivers a hard, durable surface with excellent sanding properties and outstanding mechanical and chemical resistance.

It is ideal for spot repairs and small-area refinishing, with a maximum dry film thickness of up to 1500 µm.

This putty offers strong adhesion to steel, iron, aluminium, galvanised substrates, GRP, and wood, as well as direct adhesion to plastics such as ABS, PVC, and PC.

It's advanced formulation ensures a smooth, uniform finish, providing the perfect base for subsequent coatings.
