The Mipa P80 PE Hard Putty is a premium two-component body filler based on polyester resin with lamellar pigmentation, designed for professional automotive and industrial repairs.

This high-quality filler offers exceptional adhesion to iron, steel, aluminium, zinc, GRP, and wood, making it a versatile solution for a wide range of substrates. Its coarse metallic silver-grey finish provides excellent coverage and durability.

Engineered for ease of use, Mipa P80 applies smoothly and cures quickly, allowing sanding after a short drying time without excessive dust formation.

It is highly resistant to bending, fuel, diesel, and diluted acids, and can be applied on vertical surfaces without sagging—making it a perfect alternative to traditional lead loading for structural repairs.

With a mixing ratio of 100:2 (filler to hardener) and a pot life of 4–6 minutes at 20°C, this product ensures efficient workflow and reliable performance.

It is VOC-compliant (max. 50 g/l) and cures completely in approximately 20 minutes at 20°C, or even faster with infrared or oven drying.
