The coating is formulated with zinc phosphate for enhanced corrosion protection and delivers fast drying, scratch resistance, and heat stability up to 300°F (permanent) and 350°F (short-term).

This high-build system supports single-coat or multi-layer applications, providing flexibility for different corrosion protection requirements.

When applied as part of a two-coat system with Mipa primers, it achieves exceptional resistance to salt fog and humidity, meeting rigorous ASTM standards for adhesion, impact resistance, and abrasion durability.

Fully cured in 7–8 days at 20°C, Mipa PU 257-80 ensures a robust, long-lasting finish for demanding environments.
